Graphite

Graphite is poised to become a cornerstone of the modern energy landscape, akin to gold in its strategic importance. As the world transitions to electric vehicles and renewable energy sources, the demand for graphite will skyrocket.

This versatile element, a naturally occurring form of carbon, boasts unique properties such as exceptional thermal and electrical conductivity, high-temperature resistance, and low friction. These characteristics make graphite indispensable across various sectors, including manufacturing, electronics, energy storage, and aerospace.

  • Graphite Mining Project in Arunachal Pradesh

TAPL is gearing up to begin mining operations at three graphite deposits located mainly in Kamle, Lower Subansiri, and Lepa Rada districts of Arunachal Pradesh. With all scientific studies finalized, the project has submitted applications for the necessary clearances. The graphite deposits are predominantly hosted within phyllite and schist.

  • Exploration

TAPL employs a multifaceted exploration approach, combining comprehensive surveys with phased investigations.

G2-level exploration has already been completed within the lease boundaries of all deposits, with numerous samples rigorously analyzed at reputable and accredited laboratories. A detailed exploration program aimed at achieving G1-level exploration is planned to commence in the near future.

Aggregate

Aggregate mining refers to sand, gravel, crushed stone, and other natural materials used primarily in the construction industry. These materials, collectively called aggregates, are the most mined resources in the world and form the backbone of infrastructure development.

Aggregate mining plays a vital role in supporting the development of societies. As demand grows with urbanization and infrastructure expansion, the focus must remain on responsible extraction, sustainability, and compliance with environmental standards to ensure a balance between development and conservation.

  • Aggregate Mining Project in West Bengal

Tasso Alloys Private Limited has secured two aggregate deposits in Bankura district, West Bengal. The company is currently focused on geological mapping, sampling, and preliminary extraction plans, aligned with its objective to cater to the growing demand from steel and allied industries.
